Thai Red Curry recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces   500 grams
  • Coconut milk       100 grams
  • Lemon ( juice and rind)Â 1
  • Garlic    3
  • Fresh red chillies (chopped)Â 3
  • Cumin powder   1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Fish sauce  1 tbsp
  • Lemon grass  2 tbsp
  • Ginger ( finely cut )Â 2 tbsp
  • Onion ( finely cut ) 3 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender except oil, coconut milk and chicken.
  • Heat oil in a pot and fry mixture till it gives off aroma.
  • Add coconut milk and cook 5 minutes, put chicken and cook till tender.
  • Serve Thai Red Curry with rice.
