Pakistani Spicy Fish recipe

Pakistani Spicy Fish recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fish  8 pieces
  • Egg  1
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • Salt  1 ½ tsp.
  • Black pepper powder   ¾ tsp.
  • Lemon juice   4 tsp.
  • Red chili powder   1 tsp.
  • Garlic powder  1 tsp.
  • Baking Powder   1/8 tsp.
  • Oil    6 cups

Method:

  • Clean fish pieces thoroughly. Whip egg and milk in a bowl.
  • Mix flour, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, red chilies, garlic powder and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  • Heat oil in a wok; coat fish pieces first with egg mixture and then flour.
  • Fry till golden and remove an absorbent paper.
