Pakistani Chicken Cream Tikka recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts (cubed) 2
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) ¼ cup
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 pinch
  • Cumin powder 1 pinch
  • Green chillies 3
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger/garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing

Method:

  • Mix chicken and all ingredients except oil and fresh coriander and set aside for 1 hour.
  • Skewer chicken pieces onto sticks. Do not skewer more than 4 pieces on each.
  • Heat oil in a gril pan. Place sticks on the pan and cook. When the chicken pieces turn golden on both sides, remove from flame.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve
