Pakistani Banana Ice Cream recipe image



  • Bananas 3
  • Egg 5
  • Full cream milk 1 litter
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil,while stirring constantly with a spoon until turn into thick.
  2. Then pour in a bowl, let it cool.
  3. Put bananas and sugar in a blender, blend it well.
  4. Then add fresh cream, beat the mixture until desired consistency.
  5. Now add beaten eggs; mix well till all the ingredients are unified.
  6. Then fold mixture in a bowl and freeze it for 6 hours or freeze until ready to serve.
  7. To serve sprinkle nutmeg powder over it, enjoy!
