Pakistan crunchy Mango ice cream recipe


  • Milk ½ kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Mango pulp 2 cups
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar ( for crunch) ½ cup
  • Mango slices for garnishing


  • Mix cornflour in milk and cook for a while.
  • Put sugar , mango pulp and cream in a bowl. Mix well and then add to milk.
  • Add some crunch and whisk well. Take out in a bowl and refrigerate for 6hours so that it sets well.
  • Garnish with crunch and mango slices before serving.

To make crunch:

  • Put sugar and 1/3 cup water in a pot. Cook till the water dries.
  • When syrup starts to turn brown, take it out on a greased tray.
  • When it cools, crush it and use it for ice cream
