Pakistani Egg kebabs recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggs  4
- Gram flour  2 tsp
- Onion (small)Â Â 1
- Green chillies 2
- Egg white   1
- Mint leaves 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Bread- crumbs 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Boil eggs and cut into small pieces.
- Chop onion, green chillies, coriander and mint.
- Mix all ingredients in egg except oil.
- Heat oil in frying pan; make kebabs from the mixture; fry from both sides till golden.
- Remove an absorbent paper.
