Pakistani vegetable fried rice recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice  1cup
- Carrots 2
- Capsicum 1
- Cabbage 1/4 part
- Spring onions 2
- Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Method:
- Boil rice and then pour cold water over them. Sieve and set aside, Finley cut capsicum, cabbage, carrots and onions in the same size.
- Put ginger/garlic paste and vegetables in a pot and fry them slightly. Add rice to the fried vegetables and mix well.
- Add soya sauce, sugar, salt and white pepper powder in the rice and mix well.
