Simple Cream cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2eggs whole
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 tsp bak powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
beat eggs when stiff add sugar beat 3 min more when better becomes creamy fold in dry ingredients and bake for twenty min in preheated oven at 170 degree.
when bake turn it on wire to cool
icing .
whipping cream 2tb sp icing sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla essc
beat cream until cream stiff add in sugar and vanilla
cut cake in two layer soak cake with sugar syrup apply cream and decorate as desire.
