Fried chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Salt. Acc to taste
black pepper. acc to taste
soya sauce. 2 tsp
vinegar. 2 tbsp
chaat masala. 2 tbsp
egg. 2(for frying)
cornflour
Method:
wash the chicken. make small cuts on it. marinate it with all the spices and soya sauce and vinegar. keep it for marination about 1 hour.
coat them into cornflour and then into egg and deep fry.
serve hot !!
