Black pepper : according to taste
soya sauce : 2 tbsp
vinegar : 3 tsp
chili sauce: 2 tbsp
first wash leg pieces. and make small cuts on it.
now marinate it with all the ingredients. for about 2 hours.
when the marination is done. dip them into eggs and bread crumbs. and fry them on low heat until its golden brown.
